Someone was asking online for a good place to eat breakfast and so many people mentioned this place so I said "hey, why not try it" and they were right, this place is great. I have to say that I absolutely love their French toast. Have to say I've already been twice since I read about it and I am sure I will be going back. We need more places like this one.

Cozy Oaks has been an old favorite of my family's for 20 years. We moved away and now only visit occasionally. They have changed hands a few times, and, true to their history, they still offer great food, decent prices, and excellent service. They have added a lot more seating, and on the day we visited, there was a short line waiting outside for a table. It was worth the wait! It was great to visit an old favorite and see that they are thriving!

This was our first visit to Cozy Oaks after reading some great reviews. We stopped in close to noon and were able to seat ourselves immediately and our server greeted us quickly with menus and asking for our drink orders. The restaurant was quite full but tables seem to be spaced enough where we did not feel cramped. We ordered the Philly Omelet $7.99, Spanish Omelet $6.99, Large Biscuits and Gravy $4.29 and homemade corned beef hash $3.69. The Large biscuits and gravy was 2 very large biscuits split on the plate covered in creamy sausage gravy and was way more than I could eat so i have leftovers for another meal. The omelets were thin and tasty. The perfect consistency. The homemade corned beef hash was very tasty with large pieces of sliced corned beef mixed in with thee hash browns.
Deanna was our server today and she is awesome. Friendly and very attentive. I didn’t even realize I was low on iced tea and there was a new one right in front of me. Our food was out at our table within minutes of placing our order. The crowd dining was fairly diverse which was great. The menu is huge and seems to have just about every breakfast item you could want listed. This is quite a wonderful experience and one that we cannot wait to repeat. Incredible first impression.

Ever since my best friend moved to Lakeland and we have been visiting her, we’ve made it into a tradition to go to this brunch spot before heading back home. I have absolutely fallen in love with this restaurant. All the employees there have been super helpful and friendly, that that is one of the reasons that we keep coming back besides the food! The food, however, is always amazing. This restaurant definitely needs your place to go to too to get an amazing meal and incredible service.

Super cute, small quaint breakfast spot! We were looking for something quick, but able to sit down and enjoy. Our food came out within 5 minutes, and was so fresh! Jessica, our waitress was a pleasure and on top of her game, thank you! We will definitely try to visit again when we’re back in town!
PS. You can totally share the biscuits and gravy meal! So much food for a great price!

Really good breakfasts and large servings, especially the Biscuits and gravy. This was a follow up visit for brunch and we had the French Toast special (2 slices plus 2 eggs, 2 bacon. 2 sausage and cheese grits) and the classic cheeseburger with onion rings. Delicious. Wait time for two, about 15 minutes.

We had the spinach, feta and tomato omelette. The French toast special with american cheese scrambled eggs. A coffee and an iced tea. Ee had left overs and spend a total of $31.25, the food took like 10 minutes to come to the table. Everything is delicious and affordable. Taunni our server was great.

We were looking for a new place to eat. Although the parking is scarce we managed to get in. Mandy our waitress was very polite and helpful. The portions were well worth the money.
